Professional
Evan is the Director of Client Performance at Search Discovery, a role that encompasses web analytics, design, and usability - three things that should not happen separately, but most often do. Our team is responsible for improving the overall performance of web sites by removing linguistic, usability, opinion-driven, and sometimes downright obvious (but we keep that opinion to ourselves) barriers to usability.
We're working on a new web site so stay cool.
Blogs
Evan currently writes a web analytics blog called Atlanta Analytics. In a past life, he wrote TATTOPITW (there are two types of people in the world) as a creative outlet, but it was too bitter so he stopped. Have a read, but don't hold anyone responsible for what the evil twin wrote on there.
Atlanta Analytics is a blog geared toward businesses who are trying to get the most out of web analytics - yeah, pretty nerdy, but it's important stuff.
